Order Processing

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery

We proudly ship throughout the United States. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

Illinois: approximately 2–3 business days after shipment.

Other U.S. states: approximately 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at ourukrainian@gmail.com.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully inspect and package every order before shipment. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, any loss or damage occurring during transit is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. We are happy to provide any order information needed to assist with the process.
